Pemberton Engineering are primarily press tool manufacturers. Our highly skilled workforce can manufacture press tools up to a maximum of 2.3m ranging from single operation press tooling to multi-stage progression press tools.

Tools can be produced from a component sample, drawing or a CAD model. We can also produce tool drawings for customer approval before commencing manufacture.

Our tool-making and jigs and fixtures experience comes from many years manufacturing for automotive Tier One customers across the UK. We can assist with prototype development to fit your needs and always guarantee a high-quality precision engineered solution. We design and build jigs and fixtures to help with the machining, production or measurement of our customers’ products.
